de colaboraci\u00f3n con instituciones y asociaciones a fin de desarrollar diferentes acciones, actividades, cursos de formaci\u00f3n, etc.<\/li><li>Desarrollar nuestra docencia e investigaci\u00f3n respondiendo a la realidad social y necesidades de Canarias.<\/li><li>Difundir de forma peri\u00f3dica las iniciativas del profesorado para una mayor proyecci\u00f3n social de su labor docente e investigadora.<\/li><li>Colaborar de forma activa, en eventos que est\u00e9n relacionados con las \u00e1reas del departamento.<\/li><li>Potenciar y promover grupos de trabajo con asociaciones e instituciones para desarrollar equipos de debate, desarrollar cursos, jornadas, seminarios, promover investigaciones, docente del Departamento que se traduzca en puntuaciones por encima de la media en indicadores de gesti\u00f3n docente.<\/li><li>Mantener los par\u00e1metros de evaluaci\u00f3n docente del departamento y alcanzar la excelencia con el desarrollo de masas cr\u00edticas de acad\u00e9micos.<\/li><li>Favorecer, promover e incentivar la formaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica de los miembros del Departamento.<\/li><li>Adelantar e integrar los recursos tecnol\u00f3gicos para la docencia en la pr\u00e1ctica diaria.<\/li><li>Desarrollar un clima de trabajo basado en el respeto y la transparencia, que constituya un entorno estimulante,\u00a0 donde se trabaje grupalmente y se colabore en aspectos docentes.<\/li><li>Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y lograr la integraci\u00f3n con Psicolog\u00eda, la Sociolog\u00eda y el Trabajo Social.<\/li><li>Generar l\u00edneas de trabajo que estimulen la movilidad del profesorado y de los grupos de investigaci\u00f3n, con el fin de mejorar el perfil investigador del Departamento.<\/li><li>Establecer acuerdos de colaboraci\u00f3n con entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas para favorecer la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada.<\/li><li>Fomentar la
